1. Returns – Physical Products

We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

 

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

 

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund where possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products (once delivered or downloaded)

  • Custom or personalised items (unless defective)

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • All digital purchases are final

  • No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered or accessed

 

Please ensure that you review product details carefully before purchasing.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
