Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.

Once a custom order has been approved and processed, it may not be cancelled or refunded unless defective.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
